Legal framework
Affiliate Terms
Effective date: June 11, 2026
These affiliate terms outline acceptable promotion, attribution, and payout expectations for Hareline Performance affiliates. They are a working framework, not legal advice, and should be reviewed by an attorney before being treated as a final agreement.
Approved promotion
Affiliates may promote Hareline with truthful statements about the coaching offer, their own experience if accurate, and approved links or referral codes. Required disclosures must be clear and close to the promotion.
Prohibited claims
Affiliates may not make guaranteed-result, deceptive, unlawful, medical, diagnosis, treatment, or misleading income claims. Affiliates may not imply employment, agency authority, or permission to bind Hareline.
Attribution and commissions
Commission eligibility depends on tracked applications, qualified purchases, collected revenue, refund status, fraud review, and the active terms communicated by Hareline. Self-referrals, coupon abuse, and paid search impersonation may be disqualified.
Compliance and removal
Hareline may request edits or removal of promotional material, pause an affiliate account, reverse commissions tied to violations, and update program rules with notice where practical.
Payout administration
Affiliates are responsible for accurate payout details and tax documentation when requested. Payout timing may depend on processor settlement, refund windows, and minimum thresholds.
